OUR AMBA KETCHUP
This is our take on a Middle Eastern sauce. We use pureed ripe mangoes rather than sour unripe mangoes, balancing these with vinegar, spices and a bit of garlic. It's our latest product and is now available to buy at our markets from September 2026.
INGREDIENTS
Mango puree, MUSTARD, cider vinegar, garlic, salt, spices.
