The simplest of our products, but no less delicious. The caraway brings hints of anise and pepper to round out the tang of the vinegar. We love the way the carrot ribbons keep a lot of their crisp snap.
INGREDIENTS
Carrots (39%), Cider vinegar, Water, Sugar, Salt, Caraway seed

Hummus on toast with pickled carrots
A super simple lunch. If you're feeling fancy you can of course make your own hummus and bread, but there's decent ready-made hummus easily available, and hopefully you have access to the kind of good bread we have here in Leeds. Add some feta or roasted chickpeas to it.
